In life and in business this principle is the same.  If you’re not reaching forward...then you’re not going forward.  If you’re like me...(and most of us are)...you’ve realized this principle is true and have began “the search”! (In the words of my famous mentor...happy, happy, joy, joy-insert sarcasm here!)

Wasn’t THAT frustrating?  Searching...but for what.  Usually?  The magic pill that would LAUNCH you from where you are to where you want to be...and to become WHO you were designed to be.  That Transformational Leader...of your team, your business and your life.

That was my story.  I spent two decades looking for holes in the ceilings I wanted to Breakthrough.  I needed transformation desperately...I knew it, both in my life AND in my “career”.  

Here was how it all began.  In 1999 the doctors told me I had twelve (maybe 18) months to live.  So began my search.  In 2003 (still alive by the way) I was on the verge of bankruptcy.  So I expanded the definition of my search.  In 2008 my wonderfully titled (but oh so not great job) was wearing on my soul.  So I extended my search even more.  Always reaching a ever so slightly higher level in my career...but oh so unfulfilled.  So I began to tie the pieces together from my searching.  I worked until I had a definite plan...a replicable format...a model for turning around businesses and lives.  

After all, I have spent a GREAT DEAL of time and money to study under some great minds learning spiritual principles, physical principles, business principles and team building.  So many questions - so many answers - from so many different places and spheres of thought...but none of them connected into ONE plan.  And that only produced so many More questions.  

Sound familiar?  I thought so.  Everywhere I go I hear similar things...I went to this GURU for this and that GURU for that...and the other GURU for the other thing...but where does it all come together?  When will it translate into something concrete, something productive...something REALLY resembling transformation?

Here...Now.  You’ve waited long enough.  You’ve struggled long enough.  It is time for your vision to be fulfilled - and your message of hope to reach the world.  It is time for your business...your LIFE to become WHAT they were MEANT TO BE.  And...it’s time...to get yourself OUT of the way and Become Who You Are.
